Intimate hotel. There are 4 accommodations: 2 family apartments with 2 bedrooms and 2 one bedroom apartment, all ground floor, extremely spacious and with private entrance.

Each large veranda offers a cozy atmosphere that invites you to relax.
The warm reception offers welcome drinks, espresso coffee, coconut water, a romantic
atmosphere to celebrate your honeymoon or your birthday.

The modern interior decoration combines a Brazilian accent with rustic design in the furniture made by local artisans with wood from the region, colored cement floors and the showers covered with Vidrotil mosaic.

Small swimming pool made of Brazilian local stone and handcrafted Vidrotil mosaic (7x4m x 1.5 m).

Remaining 50% must be paid at Check-in. (Except for promotions and non-refundable offers that
provide for 100% payment at the time of booking).

Guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.

The amount deposited will be refunded within 14 days (deducting bank or card expenses).

The guest must pay 50% of the total price in case of cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival.

In case of no show, the guest must pay the total price of the reservation.
In case of early departure during the booked and contracted period, the total amount of the
reservation period will be charged. No Show: it is considered when the guest does not arrive at the reserved check-in date. In this case, the vacancy will remain available for 24 hours from the entry time. After this period, the reservation will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.
