The guest must make a prepayment of 50% of the total price at the time of booking. According to
the law, the guest has the right to cancel reservations free of charge up to 7 days after the
reservation confirmation day. The receipt must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Failure to pay on time will result in the booking being cancelled.
Remaining 50% must be paid at Check-in. (Except for promotions and non-refundable offers that
provide for 100% payment at the time of booking).
Guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
The amount deposited will be refunded within 14 days (deducting bank or card expenses).
The guest must pay 50% of the total price in case of cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival.
In case of no show, the guest must pay the total price of the reservation.
In case of early departure during the booked and contracted period, the total amount of the
reservation period will be charged. No Show: it is considered when the guest does not arrive at the reserved check-in date. In this case, the vacancy will remain available for 24 hours from the entry time. After this period, the reservation will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.
